This is the 4th and final post in my essentials series! This is stuff everyone needs so I thought it would be good to include these things.I’ve been using TRESemmé for years. I’ve tried other shampoos and conditioners but they just didn’t make my ahir feel as nice TRESemmé does. I also feel like they are great value for money. I always buy them when they are on sale for half price because then they’re about $5 each and they last for a couple of months!
I started using this Bioré cleanser just before Christmas and I don’t think my skin has ever been this good. I noticed a difference after about a week of using it and now my skin is basically clear!! I use this every morning.
This Formula 10.0.6 cleanser is what I use a night. I feel like it does a better job at cleansing my skin after I’ve been wearing makeup all day so that’s why I use it at night. I’ve written about this before so I won’t go on and on about it.
TRESEMMÉ SHAMPOO – $11.49
TRESEMMÉ CONDITIONER – $11.49
BIORÉ CHARCOAL CLEANSER – $10.99
FORMULA 10.0.6 ABSOLUTE DREAM CLEAN – $9.99
Obviously I’m going to include oral care in this essentials post! My teeth are probably the most important thing to me. I’m really lucky to have naturally straight teeth and my teeth have always been quite white. I would obviously love them to be straighter and whiter but I’m happy with what I have! I have always used this Colgate Total Advanced Whitening toothpaste. I tried a different one a few years ago and I swear it tasted like cigarette butts so I switched back quickly and haven’t changed since! I always use a Colgate toothbrush too. I used to use an electric toothbrush, but to be honest, I don’t think they do anything a normal toothbrush can’t do.
I usually use the purple Listerine, but this is all I had right now because I’ve just run out of my usual one. I still like this one because the alcohol in the purple one burns a lot. It still does the job though!
COLGATE TOTAL ADVANCED WHITENING TOOTHPASTE – $4.99
COLGATE 360 TOOTHBRUSH – $4.99
LISTERINE ZERO MOUTHWASH – $12.99
Of course there were so many other things I wanted to include, but I’ve already spoken about a lot of them so I thought I’d stick to the basics.
